First licensed in real estate in 1978, Tom has gained a practical knowledge of the critical components of real estate investments. His earliest education as a financial planner instilled an appreciation for the tax benefits of owning real estate investment property. From his experience as the manager of a mortgage loan center for a commercial bank, to serving as Regional Manager for a nationwide 1031 exchange company, Tom brings a uniquely qualified background to his work in investment property brokerage.
